Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

FiberCheck ("App", "Service") is developed and published by Codixus ("Developer," "we," "our," "us"). FiberCheck is our commercial brand name. By downloading, installing, or using FiberCheck you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service and the additional platform clauses that apply to your device (Section 9). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use FiberCheck on devices you own or control, solely for personal purposes. Commercial fabric-analysis use is prohibited without a separate written agreement.

3. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Free Tier: Your first AI‑generated fabric analysis is free.

Premium: Subscriptions, billed through the store where you purchased the App (App Store or Google Play), unlock unlimited scans and premium features.

Fair Use: Premium plans include unlimited daily scans. Usage above reasonable thresholds may be throttled.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the rules of the store where you purchased. You may cancel anytime in your account‑settings screen.

4. AI Service & Accuracy

FiberCheck uses proprietary artificial‑intelligence technology to generate fabric analysis. Results may vary and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. Always consult healthcare professionals for health-related concerns.

5. Your Photos & Data

Ownership: You retain all rights to photos you upload.

Processing: Your images are processed and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal photos with third parties.

Deletion: You can delete your data at any time within the App.

6. Maintenance & Support

All maintenance and support are provided by the Developer. Contact info@fibercheck.app for assistance.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, AI‑generated analyses, or decisions based on such analyses.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach any term herein.

9. Platform‑Specific Addenda

9.1 iOS – Apple Standard EULA Terms

These clauses incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End‑User License Agreement and apply only to the iOS version of FiberCheck.

• Parties: This EULA is between you and the Developer, not Apple.
• License: Licensed for use on Apple‑branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• Support: Apple has no obligation to provide support; Developer is responsible.
• Warranty: If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund; Apple has no further obligation.
• Liability: Developer, not Apple, is responsible for product‑liability, legal‑compliance, and consumer‑protection claims.

9.2 Android – Google Play Additional Terms

These clauses are required for distribution on Google Play and apply only to the Android version.

• Parties: This Agreement is between you and the Developer; Google is not a party.
• License: Licensed for use on Android devices you own or control and subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
• Support: Google has no obligation to furnish support or maintenance; Developer is responsible.
• Refunds: Google Play's refund policies apply; in some regions you may request a refund directly from Google.

10. Governing Law

Unless local law dictates otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard‑of‑law principles.
